Whether seminars, workshops, company picnics, or commercial presentations, our customized planning and facilitation will ensure your event an unforgettable success.

INDOOR EVENT RATES AND AVAILABILITY

We can accommodate up to 60 people for all indoor group events. Reservations include the use of the museum facilities, a private tour for your group at no additional cost, and a special gift for each attendee.

$500 - 4 Hours

$700 - 6 Hours

$800 - 8 Hours

All-day events - Monday and Tuesday only
Mornings and Evenings - 7 days a week

Our large Lecture Room (seen above) with seating for up to 60 people is available all day, every day.

EQUIPMENT NEEDS?

We are happy to provide all the tables and chairs needed for your event at no extra charge. Presentation monitor, projectors, screens, A/V equipment, and Internet access are also available for your use (additional fees may apply depending on your specific requirements).

OUTDOOR EVENT RATES AND AVAILABILITY

Planning a large outdoor event? Consider hosting it at the Rice NW Museum! Reservations include the use of the Museum Grounds, tables, chairs, and guided tours through the museum.

$150 per hour - 6 hour minimum

12 hour special rate - $1,500 (Includes set-up and clean-up time)

Limited tents are available at an additional fee. The museum will provide a certain number of chairs and tables for your use-extra chairs and tables are available through your local rental company.

The museum does not provide catering services, but can offer several recommendations for local caterers-or if you prefer, we can coordinate these details of your event for an additional fee (catering, decorations, photographer, equipment, etc.).
